“Darling its all in the presentation”

There are not many people who arrive in France and take out of their suitcase 2 steaks a load of sausages and a bag of lettuce. I did! The fact is France is not like the UK with an open all hours policy, so when I know I’m arriving late and want to eat at home its the only way. with a quick dash to an airport shop for milk.

This meal took me minuets to bash together and by presenting it on what is actually my bread board gave it a bit of sparkle. “Darling its all in the presentation” and a fine bottle of red. This is one of my new favourites retails around £10 its a blend of 3 grapes Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah. Together they make a beautiful uncomplicated fruity wine that just slips down.
