Easy Peel Garlic Press
My Garlic press broke so bought another one from my local cook shop in Cobham, Surrey and it’s simply amazing – the best I’ve ever used. You don’t peel the garlic… just put it in, squeeze and with very little effort out pops your mashed garlic. When you’ve finished with it load into the dishwasher. I know professional chefs chop their garlic but for the rest of us this is the next best thing.
