Waiting for the sun!

In our throwaway society we sometimes forget to make do and mend. I love my shoes and some I’ve had for years, but I do look after them. This pair of sandals has come out every year for the last 6 but this year they just looked a little tired around the edges. Out came the black shoe dye and together with a trip to the cobblers they live to fight another summer – OK when we get one!
