The Ducks Are Back

So all is well in our little garden life. I woke up last week and heard so much quacking outside… and gloriously it was Fred and Wilma home at last.

It was like they had never been away; they made so much noise just to attract mine or anyone else’s attention to come out with their food. Although they forage near the water for their food, they also feed off the ground, hence that’s why our little friends visit us. They will eat cereals and plants mainly…and less often fish.

As soon as I heard them, of course, I was crocs on and out. Glad to have them back. Hopefully their return is a sign that the sun is about to truly shine.
