The Garlic Farm
I love Garlic and at a fair recently I met the people from the Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight. Wow, do they know their Garlic! Have a look on the website as you can’t buy their produce from supermarkets. Garlic has great therapeutic value its nature’s antiseptic killing Bacteria and fungi which invade our bodies. In cooking you can either use it in a very obvious way where the flavour is dominant or in a more subtle way to bring out other flavours (I always use it in Shepherd’s Pie).
